IC offers a rolling admissions program with applications being accepted throughout the year. Admission will be granted only in those classes with seats available.
ADMISSIONS
Immaculate Conception Catholic Schools is dedicated to educating students of all faiths in a Catholic, Christ-centered environment.
Admission is based on an interview, standardized test results and review of current grades. Students with learning challenges will be evaluated for admission on an individual basis based upon their needs and the school’s ability to accommodate those needs. The final decision will be made by the pastor and the principal.
Placement tests may be given to determine proper eligibility for admission to a specific grade. New students will be accepted on probation for one quarter.
Immaculate Conception Catholic Schools has the following additional admissions policies and procedures:
-
Students are accepted without regard to race, color, or national or ethnic origins. Children of all faiths are welcomed and expected to share in religious education.
-
Early Enrollment is reserved for current IC students and their siblings
-
Open Enrollment follows Early Enrollment and lasts through the start of the school year. New families may apply at this time.
-
Rolling Admissions continues throughout the year. Families moving into the area or wishing to transfer, may do so at any time during the current school year. Each Preschool class has a limited number of seats available. Enrollment in these classes will be closed once slots are filled.
